Booking Policies
- All Rates are subject to HST- even cash payments.
- A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit for each person requiring services must be received in order to secure any appointments. Bookings work on a first come first serve basis.
- If you are 20 minutes late or more to your appointment you will lose your appointment and the deposit.
- Please note we are typically booked back to back and we do not have the flexibility to honour late clients.
- All photos and images taken by Lauryn may be used for promotional purposes (eg social media, website, portfolio). You may however request that no photos be taken if you do not want your photo to be used.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required for cancellations or changes to your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Guests who cancel within less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of $50.00 and the loss of their deposit.
When booking a same day service or within 24 hours, we kindly ask that you provide us with 3 hours notice of any cancellation or change to your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
We realize that life happens unexpectedly. Please call or email as soon as you know you cannot make your scheduled appointment. Cancellations and no shows prevent us from efficiently accommodating other guest needs.
As a courtesy, you will be sent a confirmation email 48 hours before your appointment. However, please remember that it is your responsibility to show up to your appointment on time to avoid missed appointments, late arrivals and cancellation fees.
Deposits
$100 deposit for all cosmetic tattoo services.
Recovery Policy
If a guest is unhappy with their service please send an email within 72 hours of having the service completed so the situation can be addressed. We respectfully reserve the right to refuse any service should we feel it is not to our standard or may compromise the integrity of the skin.
